The High Commission also provide the Apostille Stamp for certifying documents issued by the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu.

Renewal of Drivers License

The Vanuatu High Commission can facilitate the issuance of the renewal of driver's license with the assistance of the Department of Customs and in land Revenue office in Vanuatu.

Each applicant must submit the following documents to the Vanuatu High Commission, Canberra by post or in person. Prepare required documents as follows:

- Download Drivers License Form

- Completed Form and have it certified by a Professional Doctor, to attest that you are still suitable for driving; Have the Form signed and stamped;

- Payment of $90 AUD.

Certification of Drivers License:

The Vanuatu High Commission can facilitate the Certification of Driver's License with the assistance of the Department of Customs and In land Revenue of Vanuatu.

• Color Copy of Valid Drivers license ( Back-to-back)
• Email address for the Department of Transport to the respective states
• Amount of $110 AUD ( payment details will be provided upon verification of your documents) .

The certificate of Identity is only issue to Vanuatu citizens whose passport have been expired or lost/ damaged passport.

The Certificate of Identity is only issue for one way travel Back to Vanuatu.

- Completed the C.I. Application form

- Copy of Expired/ Lost or Damaged passport

- Passport photo 5x5 Size

- Payment of $85 AUD

For the issuance of a Certificate of identity for a new born baby, the High Commission will require the following:

- Complete the C.I. Application form

- Copy of Birth certificate

- Copy of Passport for the Parents or guidance travelling to Vanuatu with the Baby

- for Guidance travelling with the baby to Vanuatu, a Consent letter will require from both parents to allow their child to travel back to Vanuatu with the baby.

- Payment of $85 AUD
