This information concerns persons with: Expired Passport, Lost and Damaged Passport and or requiring new Passport.
Find below procedures:
You will need to provide us the following documents:
1) Passport Copy
2) Police Report (For lost Passport) or we can do it in Port Vila
3) Birth Certificate (if you don’t have the Birth certificate we can print in Port Vila for ( 100VT)
4) Passport Photo (1500 VT needs to be printed in Vanuatu)
5) Your Full Address and contact number
6) Registration of Marriage (for Foreigners: 10,220 VT/Ni-Vanuatu: 2,045 VT)
For those who have lost their passport may go to the nearest Police Station and file a Police report for the lost Passport. (Consular Team will require a copy of the report to process new application).
In order to proceed with the request we will require the appropriate fee (VT) to proceed with the passport application. Fees are as follows:
1) 0 to 5 years old: 5,000VT
2) 6 to 17 years old: 7,000VT
3) Normal Process: 10,000VT (up to 21 days processing)
4) Express Process: 20,000VT (up to 10 days processing time)
5) Urgent Process: 25,0000VT (up to 3 days processing time) (For Foreigners under Citizenship Program will need to pay 25,000 VT)
If the Pages of your passport are full and you will require a New Passport or your passport is expired or going to be expired very soon, kindly send us your passport before we issue a New Passport. Remember that this Document belongs to the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu.

The Consular Team will process your application following the appropriate amount you pay for your application. Once we have received your New application, an email will be sent to you with DHL Quote for you to send the amount and the Consular Team will deliver your New Passport with DHL and also provide you with the Tracking Number.
Ensure that all documents are provided before processing the payment through the two mode of payment. Any incomplete documents will not be processed and will be put on hold. The Consular services in Port Vila will be very strict on the requirements provided above.
